As all services are provided by appointment only and this time is reserved for your exclusive use, we must request 12 hours notice to cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance and 100% for no-shows.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Payment is due at the time of each appointment.
- Cash, personal check, debit card and all major credit cards are accepted.
- Youngsters
- Included in their parents appointment at no additional charge as long as all adjustments are completed within the standard appointment time.
- When extra time is needed to complete with all family members, the charge is $75 for up to 45 minutes and $100 for up to 60 minutes.
- This office does not participate in any HMOs or PPOs.
- For those with health insurance benefits, a receipt is provided for you to submit to your insurance provider.
- Workman's Compensation claims are not accepted.
- Personal Injury claims are occasionally accepted on a case by case basis.
